Copyright, as well as all other rights are the property of DeSantis
Photography, © 2005. All originals, including negatives, transparencies,
files, prints and sketches are the property of the studio. First-time rights are included in shooting fees.
Billing
No
photography assignments will be accepted without written approval
of a written estimate from DeSantis Photography. This protects
you as well as our studio. Payment is due within 30 days of billing.
Late accounts will be charged two percent monthly. Two percent will
be deducted on bills paid within 10 working days. All original negatives,
transparencies, prints or sketches must be returned within 30 days
of billing to avoid additional charges.
Cancellations
Clients
will be billed for any costs incurred prior to a cancellation. Please
let us know as soon as possible if there's a possibility of cancelling
a shoot.
Reshoots
Reshoots due to an error on the part of the photographer
will be paid in full by DeSantis Photography.
Reshoots due to errors made outside of the control of the
photographer, such as faulty film processing, shipping errors, or
other reasons, are negotiable.
Reshoots due to a change of plans requested by the client after
approval of our estimate or verbal consent, will be treated
as a new job, and will be billed accordingly.
